specifically talked with assistant over the phone about transferring health records from old doctors office to this one. conversation was clearly for kindergarten immunization and physical. When I arrived the waiting room was full and all people were clearly waaaay closer than 6 feet apart. no covid 19 questionnaire was given nor was anyone directed to wait outside. the exam rooms were more like a house than a doctors office and dirty child finger prints were visible on the walls. the doctor proceeded to give the exam all the while no-one is telling me they don't give vaccines there. I wouldn't have made the appointment had I known that vaccines cant be given along with the physical. I was told to go to the Mchenry health dept. Which vaccines are pushed all the way past december. Over all i would never pick that place for any of my kids pcp.
