I took a class with Katie Olson before giving birth to help me feel more confident breastfeeding when baby arrived. It was so helpful to practice the positions and watch/talk through the deep vs shallow latch. When baby did arrive, we had no problems breastfeeding! Katie was so helpful if I had any questions along the way and supportive of my breastfeeding goals.

MomMe Wellness had to be one of the best experiences I had thus far on my pregnancy journey. This was one of the most informative classes I have taken. Katie has taught my husband and I so much in the short amount of time and answered all my questions while making me feel at ease. This is my first pregnancy and like most first-time moms, I have no idea what to expect. I am the type that likes to read, get through information, ask many questions to many moms (even though this isn’t always the best option being a first-time mom, when you get so many different opinions) Breast feeding can be a task, and after seeing my sister I know it is like a full time job. The way Katie and MomMe Wellness maps out the first two weeks makes things much simpler for me. The different positions to feed the baby helped because I had no idea! I enjoyed the breast-feeding class, have already recommended it to a few friends who are considering getting pregnant and will probably be at the free weekly meetings. I highly recommend MomMe Wellness, and Katie specifically. My second daughter struggled with weight gain, my supply dropped, and I was scared & stressed. She was such a gift to me during this time! Katie not only got me the help I needed right away (hospital pump, plan to increase supply, etc) but she also was the one who discovered our daughter was tongue tied, and she helped us to find the best provider to revise it as well help us find therapists. I would have been absolutely lost without Katie and her guidance. She kept me calm, focused, and truly walked hand and hand with me through a very difficult few months. Our daughter is beyond thriving now, and I’m so grateful to her for all the endless hours she spent helping us. I can’t recommend her enough!

As I am a first time mom I knew I needed to get some information. I found MomMe Wellness in an online search and I am happy I did! Katie has been wonderful. She was so helpful during our first meeting and has made herself available to me any time. The information that Katie provided armed me before I had my baby girl. I had actually been given some conflicting information in the hospital that just didn't feel quite right so I used what I learned from Katie instead and I felt a lot more comfortable. I encourage both first time moms and experienced moms to go to MomMe Wellness.
