Kim, or as we like to call her, the Dog Whisperer, is AMAZING. About 4 months ago we brought home two new puppies and there was only one person to call to help us get them acclimated and trained and that was Kim. About 8 years ago a friend of mine brought her dog to a travel baseball game and I was amazed at how well behaved her dog was with all the action going on around her. I knew then and there that if I ever got another puppy, I was going to call her trainer for some guidance and it was the best call I ever made. Kim is extremely calm, flexible and has a way with dogs like I have never seen. She not only trains the puppies but she trains you to train the puppies for when the official lessons are complete. She is always available by phone or text if you are having an issue down the road that you need help with. Another bonus is she has PUPPY PARTIES! This is where all the dogs she is training or has trained are invited to a park to have a puppy play date. I didn't think that I would take advantage of that offering but I am glad I did and I haven't missed one since. It gives the dogs a chance to socialize and Kim is available if you are having any issues you need to discuss. I can't say enough good things about her. If you have the chance to use her, you will not be disappointed.

After researching several training programs, we knew that having in-home training was going to be the best way to go with two young dogs. Kim more than surpassed our expectations with training our 1 year old mini-goldendoodles, and, us as owners. Kim's connection to dogs was immediately evident, beginning the minute she first rang the doorbell. The dogs respected her from that moment on. We were able to have family members present to assist in the training process in our home, allowing all to learn commands and how to correct behavior. Our field trips were fun and great learning experiences, resulting in the dogs as well as us in feeling comfortable in interactions with people, kids, and other dogs in public places. We just finished our 6 weeks of 2x a week training and we all went into a bit of \Kim withdrawal\ the next week! Kim is a great communicator and listener,. She is timely in her appointments, efficient in her training, and truly loves the dogs and respects her clients. We highly recommend Kim as a trainer and assure you she will provide you a with Quality Canine experience!
Kim is absolutely amazing! I had a very high-strung puppy, Peaches, who freaked out with excitement around other dogs. It was an absolute embarrassment to walk her in the neighborhood because I didn’t know how to keep her calm. I found Kim on google, really liked the idea of 1:1 training since I knew Peaches was so easily distracted around other animals. After our first session, I knew Kim was the right decision. In only a few sessions, I saw such dramatic changes in my Peaches’ behavior and responsiveness. Walks are a total breeze now and we don’t scare everyone away with our hyper-excitement. Kim truly is a dog whisperer. I can’t say enough great things about her. Best decision I could have made for both Peaches & me!
Thanks to Kim, we have a far better animal who we adore having as a new family member. She was instrumental in affecting this great outcome. Kim has a unique ability to understand and connect with dogs. After watching her in action, her exceptional results are due to a mix of unique gifts and years of pattern recognition. Our dog, a young Corgi (a very strong-willed breed), immediately acknowledged that Kim was in control through her posture and tones. She crafted tactics that worked for our little man and successfully trained my family to do the same...including an 8 and 10 yo child. This process is as much about training the family as it is about the dog. We also benefitted from her ‘puppy parties,’ which allow our dog and the family to interact with many other breeds of different ages. It really helped in the socializing process with other animals. Our otherwise bossy Corgi learned to play well with others. Thank you for everything Kim!
This lady is amazing. she has trained 4 dogs for me since 2012. today I can proudly take my pups for a walk(total of 5 dogs at once) and receive compliments. know my dogs will be safe and are kind. it is so much more fun owning an obedient dog and opens many more possibilities for socialization and field trips.
