This Cub cadet service and sales location is not reputable. Purchased a Cub cadet lawn tractor then then one day after the sale they refused to service the tractor. The tractor was less than one day old with 0 time on the engine and had never had gas put in the tank. This lawn tractor comes with a 3 year warranty from Cub cadet?? Unfortunately this dealership wants to sell tractors to customers but does not want to have to service them. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this dealership. Several months ago I purchased a stihl hedge trimmer at this location. I brought the hedge trimmer back one day later because the engine was not running properly. They called me two weeks later to pick it back up?? The service department came out and lied to me telling me that the engine was running perfectly. After having a stihl representative look at the trimmer, he said that the engine was faulty and my money was refunded. Beware, you only have 2 weeks to return a defective product at this dealership. When you bring the item back for repairs they intentionally hold it in the shop for 2 weeks so that your receipt for return is now invalid. Very tricky shell game they play to invalidate your ability to return a defective product. Best to stay away and purchase through farm & fleet, home depot or true value so that you have more return or replacement options.

Excellent customer service. Was having a issue with a new lawnmower I just purchased. I brought back lawn more and was given the option to repair it “replacing the carburetor“ refund or exchange. I opted for exchange for a different model couldn’t be happier. Brian from the Crystal Lake store exceeded my expectations.
