My car wouldn't start today, so I got a new battery. While we were there we decided to get new tires too. They were installed really quick and now I'm on my way. My car drives really nice with the new tires. :) They said I can come back to get them rotated for free.

I am a new member and I have to say I am pretty pleased with this location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had fantastic deals on frozen foods and as well as there meat department.

If I could I would give 0 stars !!!!! Make one feel like they are stealing or something. Every time I go in the store I have a problem with the manager that has that curly brown hair. Was told I couldn’t use a check out line because I have a lot of items but do they have a sign saying only a certain amount of items NO !!!!! and I have seen plenty of people with lots of items in the cart using that line. Very rude staff really had an unpleasant experience today. !!!!!

I was skeptical to purchase glasses from a big box store, but it was one of the most pleasant experiences from beginning to end. Ashley in optical deserves a lot of recognition, she was so polite and helpful, she goes above and beyond. She helped me upgrade my card as well which helped me save a good amount on my new glasses. She even let me pay for the other items in the club with her at the register. I will be sending everyone to sams club optical to work with Ashley!
