Was a beautiful day at the Quarry. A little disappointed in the Merry Market, thought there would be more holiday stuff. Food and beverage a little pricey too. It was good food and beverage but a little on the high side.

Great place. Such a pity that it's flooded right now. Still good for fishing etc., but not the beach. [Update: read the great response from the park; you should still visit to check the place out!]

As of 4-Sep-20, Not all activities are open. Beach is closed. But guess open on Sat and Sunday only. Parking is free. The views are amazing..

The area is beautiful, the fishing was great but I drove 2 hours to get there and got kicked out for bringing in my kayak, there were no signs and the attendant at the gate said nothing about bringing in our kayaks. I didn't see anything on the website about not bringing in outside watercraft but like I said very beautiful place. Thank you for the response and I completely understand why there is no outside watercraft. I did end up finding what I was looking for and I will definitely be bringing my family back here

Came here to kayak and we had a great experience! Inexpensive, and there were plenty of kayaks to go around! The beach was pretty busy, and too small for much social distancing in a crowd. All employees were young, mostly teenagers, but really nice and did their jobs well without goofing off and ignoring customers
