Crystal Springs is the WORST water company I’ve ever dealt with. Deliveries of water came before my cooler. Had to buy a mini pump while waiting. They were never on time. I waited over a month to get a cooler due to a “shortage” and when it finally came they sent me a dirty broken cooler. I set up the cooler and the next morning I woke up to a puddle of water on my hardwood floor in front of the cooler. Took the water jug off and took the lid off to see what the problem was and the pictures say a thousand words. I was in shock and disgusted. They did not clean this cooler and on top of that tried to glue the broken piece which obviously didn’t hold and now I’m left with a damaged floor and no cooler. Cancelled service. Still waiting on a refund and compensation to fix my damaged floor!

I have been very pleased with my Crystal Springs Water Service. My delivery person James is very friendly and goes above and beyond to be accommodating. The water tastes great and we enjoy the convenience of having the dispenser at home.

This past February 18th, while on my way to work a Crystal Springs truck lost his load of bottled water onto my car. I immediately pulled over to call 911 while watching the Crystal Springs truck continue on down I-85. About 20 minutes later, and before the police showed up, the driver showed up. I think someone who saw the incident flagged him down to tell him what he did. In the mean time I took a bunch of photos. Eventually the police showed up and he was cited for failure to maintain load. I spent a couple of weeks trying to get a hold of their insurance company to get a claim filed. I was unsuccessful with this. So, I did what I didn’t want to do, I called my insurance company to get my car fixed and they will go after their insurance company for the charges. Today, my insurance company called me to get a recorded statement of the events because apparently Crystal Springs is denying that anything happened.

I agree with previous poor reviews. I had service before and cancelled because orders were wrong or didn't happen but I still got charged, auto charged by the way. But I was crazy enough to give them another chance. Calling into the 1-800 number is a joke. The service is convenient, but they are not professional. Just apologizing doesn't solve the issue. Maybe they need to bring the business side up to date (finance, info systems). The online service needs to be revamped. It's not easy to follow. Customer Service agents from the 1-800 number are slow to resolve issues and have nonchalant attitude about it, as if they don't care if you are a customer or not. They may be the only company of it's kind in my area, but I'm sure others will evolve.

We have the water hooked to our refrigerator, so we always have clean filtered ice.
