I haven't been here in awhile because I was very disappointed with my order twice in a row 3 years ago. I had a nacho both times and it was horrible. Before that I loved Crystal's. Well I returned and was happy at how good my order was. Hope they keep it up.

For over a decade l've been a regular customer and have also had friends to patronize this establishment. My grand daughter will travel from the downtown area of Chicago to travel all the way to Calumet City to purchase food.We love it. And so do my friends.l live less than a mile from Crystals.

Smothered Pork Chop dinner was very good for the rate with terrific about of sides too ! Did good job on gravy ! It was sort of bland but that’s fine just add your own seasoning to your taste! They provide salt & pepper ,utensils, napkins you don’t have to beg for it ! Will be visiting again !
