The worst experience. I had appointment for 9:15pm. got here at the drop trailer yard at 9:00pm there was no one to check me in and I waited till the next morning at 6:00am the the guy told me I missed my appointment that I have to reschedule. I told him I was on time and there was no one to sign me in but he said he cannot do any thing. Now I am stacked with this load. It doesn’t matter what time your appointment is or weather you are on time if you miss the truck that get driver sign in you will be screwed. This is the most stupid unreasonable sh*** I ever seen.

Appt - 8:30pm Check In - 6:30pm Door - 7pm Empty - 10:30pm Delivered to gate B, got a door fast got the red light fast not so fast unloading. I was appreciative that I was able to get a door before my appointment time and they have overnight parking. Overall not too bad
TRUCK DRIVERS! If you drive reefer at 34 degrees the GPS will take you to building F i believe. Once you make a right into Bi Lo there's a small drive way on the right hand side. You will see a small sign with C&S on it. Turn right in there. Doesn't have lights and will look like the wrong turn but thats the place. you will see a guard shack up ahead. Plenty plenty of parking for overnight. Unloading time is a hit or miss.
Absolutely don’t take a load from this or to this company. Long unloading times, no communication with drivers, rude unprofessional employees. Complete disaster!!!
Great place !! Lots of overnight parking ! Friendly people and was unloaded in 1.5 hrs. Can't ask for anymore then that. Thank you !!!
