I have purchased several items form CSE, from a medium price mobility scooter, to knee brace sleeves, Clap sanitizer cleaner ( Lumin ).The information giving to me from the guy who I think managed the store told that the Lumin sanitizer was a better cleaner than the So Clean. Taking his word, I purchased the Lumin for 250. I began getting sinus infection because I found out from my E.N.T doctor that the cause come from the Chap hose not being sanitize. All this time, sanitizing my Cpap hose in the Lumin Sanitizer, it was the cause of my on going sinus infections. I were told that the Lumin is a complete Sanitizer.For anyone who is considering the Lumin, it is not a complete sanitizer. A shoutout to all my Veterans Brothers and Sister’s. Thank you for your Service.
This place has very helpful and very polite People. I had to take my mom there and had to have 2 new batteries for her Jazzy chair and they did in just about 15 minutes max. Thank you guy's.
So I would like to state I have previously gone here and had a great experience. Today I get a phone call that I didn't pay for special order scrub top. Mind you the previous time I had gone in my daughter had ordered the wrong color top and I was told she had paid for it. In the ladies exact words \ You can't order a special order without paying in full\. So I precede to order the color I needed and paid for another top as well. Today, my daughter goes to pick up the top and I get a phone call that I didnt pay for the top but I had paid for a pillow. Mind you...there is no pillow. I never bought a pillow. I was put on hold two separate times while they tried to figure out the mistake. So my daughter comes home and she has the wine top they said I didnt pay for. Completely hilarious. So now I still dont have the shirt that I paid for but I have the shirt they say I didn't pay for. So my issue isnt that they want their money. My issue is calling me twice and putting me on hold while not knowing what is going on. I can't imagine ever treating a customer like that. Advice to others is make sure you keep you're reciept and pay with a card. Super rude and horrible service this time around. Never ever going back.
