The moment I walked into CSM showroom I was instantly greeted with gratitude and the sales rep (Clayton) helped me make a great decision on my flooring needs. He made this process so easy for me. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was wonderful unlike other companies I’ve dealt with in the past. The installers showed up on time and I am very pleased with the outcome of the installation. I’m so in love with my floors and CSM team who made it happened. However, there were a small mishap that took place and CSM hopped right on it and corrected it :). Thanks CSM for showing me that you guys value each customer, deliver great results, and awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend CSM for your flooring needs.

Extremely knowledgeable. We had been looking online and I'm so glad we didn't go that route. We saved money by getting it right the first time. Working with Clay at CSM Flooring through the scheduling process was very easy. He is very professional and flexible based on the customers needs. His crew leaders Carmello and his son Michael were awesome. They were very professional and accommodating as some room changes had to be made last minute due to guest needs. They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. Removal and clean up was great. I would highly recommend CSM Flooring for all your flooring needs.

CSM did a fantastic job on assisting us with picking out our carpet needs, came to the house to quote the job,and worked with us on scheduling installation around other work we needed to be completed first. Their installation crew was fantastic. Took care in moving the furniture in and out of rooms as they installed the carpet. They installed 1900 sq ft of carpet and I cannot see one seam. They also installed carpet on 2 sets of steps. They cleaned up behind themselves as they installed and fixed some squeaky sub flooring along the way. I would highly recommend CSM flooring.
