STAY AWAY FROM CTI UNDERGROUND!! Wish there was a zero For rating. Horrible service & customer service. They missed many issues after a service call & we asked them to come back to take care of what they missed, they wanted to double charge. Another company evaluated the issues & were surprised about how simple things were missed that are very basic! Then they sent us a late fee charge, as all they care about is to over charge for a service that they didnt even cover properly & never care about the customer experience!
