I called around everywhere looking for a shop to get me back on the road. Ron asked me to cruise over so he can evaluate my tire and see if he could patch it or if I'd have to order a new one. I was in an out in less than an hour with a patched, balanced tire to get me back on the street for a very reasonable price. I will be sure to send all my friends and family to CTW if they ever need motorcycle services. Excellent company and I will continue to shop there when I need to. You rock, Ron.

Maybe a little more that I might like to pay to have new tires mounted, balanced and installed but it's difficult to place a price on convenience. I called in the afternoon, got a same day appointment within the hour and was able to ride away before they closed. If you ever need new tires in a hurry or you're just impatient, CTW is an excellent option.
Great service , got new brakes gave me good price, serviced/check my ninja 250. Also gave me a good price on new tires. Good people. Definitely will come back.
Husband came to get his motorcycle fixed & they quoted one price & charged another without his consent. Its a shame they couldn't inform their paying customers.Took my bike in and left it for a chain and sprocket replacement quoted me at 400. Owner seemed nice and professional. I come back a week later to pick it up and the bill was over 500. He took the liberty of changing out my brakes and not telling me. I was glad he caught that and replaced them even though I could have done this myself, all I asked him was if he could have let me know about the change in service so I wouldn’t have been blindsided by the spike in price. Immediately the owner as well as his mechanic get extremely defensive and rude, yell at me and run me out of their shop. These guys have absolutely no ethics when it comes to business I would never quote somebody for a job and then change it up on them without letting them know first, it’s a courtesy to the customer as well as ethical business conduct. No one is ever too busy for a 30 second voicemail, which was his excuse. Unprofessional, don’t recommend anyone to deal with these guys they’ll leave you feeling like a bad person for asking a simple question. 2 stars because they did do a good job. Never coming back.
Went there about a year ago and failed to post a review. They've sold me both tires on my Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad. Great price and service. Had no issues. Asked for a coolant flush, they tested the coolant and said it didn't need it yet. I think it's BS a couple left dual negative reviews for the same visit. Not fair to the business or those reading reviews
Shout out to Ron, Travis, and Kyle ! I was I’d desperate need of tires and they hooked me up last min so I could enjoy my weekend on 2’s with out any worries ! On top of that they support the troops. Highly recommend!
Set appointment with these guys for three hour of work, drop the bike off at 10am never heard a word from them all day. I call at 430pm only to be told we never got too your bike we get it done tomorrow you guess went and pick up my bike now people should know why you pay alittle more at the harley shop they will make thing right. Never again ctw
The owner of the shop is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met, has excellent communication skills, took great care of my gsxr1000 when he had it in his shop. Went above and beyond. Will definitely be using him again and again. Thank you.
