Great storage place. My family has been renting here for like 2 years. The place is always clean and looking good. I've always felt okay with my mom going by herself. It's super safe and the customer service is top notch. Ashley & Chris are the best!

This place is great!!! I have stored with this location multiple times over the years and will keep coming back. The facility is clean and secure. I have always taken advantage of their free moving truck, and love that they give you a price lock guarantee. I have dealt with Ashley since we first started renting back in 2014. She is great at customer service and one of the reasons we have kept coming back when we need storage! Would 10/10 recommend over any other storage facility!
I had just an amazingly good experience with this facility and its staff during an incredibly stressful move.I had just sold my house and all my worldly possessions were in a 40' container, to be off-loaded that morning into a storage locker in Cubes, Cottonwood Heights. I had made arrangements with Cubes beforehand, with Chris who understood what I needed and put it all together for me. Easy peasy!! However, I was on crutches on the day of the move-in, and it was with some trepidation that I arrived at the facility that morning, to find the truck with container already waiting there. Michelle arrived to open the Cubes office -- it turns out that Chris is out that day and she's actually the Business Manager; she knows nothing of the arrangements. And she then discovered that the Cubes computer system is out. Completely nonplussed by the situation, Michelle made it all happen -- figured out the units and whatever else, called another Cubes for computer system access, and then she went out to deal with my driver and my movers, getting them all set up while I sat inside, keeping my busted knee elevated. Impressive!! I've been a client of this Cubes facility for going on 10 years now (I had a smaller unit before my house sale), and I have always found them easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. The facility is scrupulously clean, halls are wide and easy to maneuver, and it is climate controlled/temperature regulated. Chris is knowledgeable and very responsive. Michelle is impressive with her can-do attitude and unruffled good cheer. I highly recommend!!!
We love Cubes!! The facility is very secure and the staff is beyond helpful. We are so glad to have found such a wonderful company to house our extras. Highly recommend.
I have had such a great experience with Cubes. The storage unit has always been clean and nice. I cant say enough about Cubes employee Chris. Everytime, I have ask a question he is so, helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile too be accommodating. This is a wonderful place to store your stuff!
These guys and their facility are great! I've got two units here - one business and one personal. They made it easy to get the units, move in, and manage my specific storage space needs. I highly recommend this facility and its staff!
The owner that supposedly responded to my review is not the owner. I am certain in what Ashley or Chris. You all are just a bunch of dishonest people trying to save your face. The people that work at this facility are dishonest and unethical. Who wants to do business with liars? I am so happy I got my stuff out of this place so I don't have to deal with these lying and greedy people anymore. I don't need to call customer service and I doubt customer service is your #1 priority: I believe it is ripping off people and lying while doing it. There are so many good storage unit facilities that are professional in manner and do not try to rip you off. I highly recommend seeking out these places and pass on Cubes.
Great, convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful. This location is always clean whenever I go in! They usually have free coffee for customers which is a plus for this coffee lover
