We needed storage quickly, and they made the process super easy. The staff was really nice and helpful. The facility is also really nice (looks brand new). I would definitely give them my business, again!
Very clean, mgr was very nice and helpful. The price is a bit of a concern, but with the climate cotrol, cleanliness, special locks, and security, I can say it's worth it. I LIKES

I was in the process of looking for a "CLEAN" storage and walked into Cubesmart on Columbia in Hammond. As, I was pulling up to the facility, the manager I believe was Janie was leaving for the day. She offered to walk back into the store and still show me a few units. I was nervous to store my belongings hence the reason I arrived late. However, Janie made me feel very comfortable. Great place and great employee to have!! I will definitely recommend this storage facility to any one looking. Thank you CubeSmart!!
Very clean facility. Awesome customer service from both Janie and Jay. They were very helpful and nice. I love seeing the old Stardust sign in the Bay Area as well. Would recommend.
