Showed up this morning & found my locker broken into. Exterior door that is supposed to be locked at all times doesn't lock. Lost my tools, keep sakes, christmas decorations & kids Halloween costumes.
I ‘ve been a customer at this Cubesmart (store # 201) for over a year now. Zack was awesome, Catalina was awesome, Trevor was awesome, and Amber (Woods) is also Awesome. It’s the people that you’ve entrusted your facility with, your employees, that I would give you 10 out of 10 stars. Pat them all on the back, give them Phat raises, and promote them. The people at this location where rude to me more times than not. I only interacted with them on move in and move out. My code didn't work and they assumed I was punching it in wrong only to realise they hadn't activated it on their end. The part my lock attached to the door looked like it had been mangled. The unit was dirty and there is virtually no where to park, making unloading a pain in the butt. I ended up switching to a different storage location where they where so nice to me. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
