Terrible company. They sign you up with a decent bill and throw price increases at you constantly and charge you for uin\ charges almost weekly.

Worst customer service! Been trying to get our account straightened out for MONTHS! I escalated concerns to the District Manager and still no resolution, no return call and/or email. We have been serviced and billed over 10 times after requesting to cancel account. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was just almost hit by a Aramark truck crossing the street and fell the driver looked at me and flipped me the finger. I tried calling the office and everytime the operator came on they hung up on me. Thinking of giving my attorney a call

They are receiving 1 star simply because zero or minus 1 star is not an option. I have been waiting for several weeks for them to get my order correct. Poor customer service and even worse is the quality of stitching on the I.D.patches/ name tag. Totally dissatisfied!

There is nothing good about these guys. In the beginning, they messed up our embroidery requests, we consistently don't have the correct number of lab coats, and usually some coats show up with ink stains on them. They can't remedy this, however, because \some customers just leave pens in the pockets\ Finally, their billing practices are extremely unethical, they sneak rate increases in your weekly invoices, that your driver rarely tells you about, and to deny them, you have to write a certified letter. I would rather do business with the mafia. I wish I could give them a negative star rating. If you need uniform services, just buy a washer and dryer and do it yourself.
