Gerald and his team are amazing! It has always been a dream of my husband and I to open a small cafe here in Woodbury MN. Neither of us have restaurant background. For the first 8 months we suffered burning through most of our cast. Just a few weeks from closing my husband meet Chef Bennett on a plane to Atlanta. It was divine intervention! With in one week Chef Bennett and his team rewrote our menu, start training our kitchen and service staff and found two local less expensive food vendors. In 90 days he help make our business viable, educated me and my team, and instilled what he called "CP Lifestyle " personal life / work balance reminding us to always put ourselves first and to balance work around living not the other way around.
