I bought a class for my daughter as a gift. I really appreciate the professionalism to accommodate my daughter in the class as there is an age limit I wasn't aware of but they were really nice about this issue and my girl was able to attend the class and enjoyed it. She's going to attend more courses and eventually become one of your students after high school. I definitely recommend this school.

Jordan is a great chef who really cares about cooking & teaching. He's funny & helpful & he packs A LOT of instruction into the time he gives. He is also extremely prepared so that no time during the class is wasted. I can't wait to go back & take another class!

Having taken classes at several other schools, including the Culinary Institute of America, my wife and I would rate the Culinary Lab at the top. It's not the CIA, nor is it trying to be. As a home cook who has now taken the first two home cook courses (beginner and intermediate), I can tell you that the Lab is a first rate school and that my own skills have improved immensely. The staff is warm, inviting and accessible to all levels of culinary ability. Invest in yourself and bone appetit.

Hands down the best cooking class experience I've ever had. My wife and I participated in the laminated dough boot camp. Instructors really simplified the process, and were patient with all the participants. I would highly recommend this course if you want to learn to make croissants and other pastries.
