I've been Culligan customer for 12 years. Due to latest freezing temperatures out of 8 bottles 2 of them are broken . I've informed the same while I was returning the bottles in person at the counter. I had very bad customer experience and service during the process and they suggested that it is customer responsibility to keep them inside and It is impossible to keep all the bottles inside the house when we're not in the town during the cold weather.End of the day I've paid for 2 broken bottles and its not a big deal. But I'd rather expect better customer experience. I've had the similar situation 6-8 years ago and culligan did not charge for the broken bottles .

Easy to interact with. Very quick to respond to issues. Am very glad that I had them install my soft water appliance.
I have had Culligan for little over 6 years now. From the beginning when they came and tested the water in my newly purchased home to now. I had no idea what to expect with well water but they explained all the factors and why I needed the system. With many changes in between those time , we have added bottle water delivery and can’t remember how many times we changed up our order due to kids moving out , job changes, kids moving back in and moving our salt barrel and adjusting our water softener.. From the office staff, the maintenance guys to the delivery guys, they all go above and beyond every time!! This is the place if you want excellent service above everyone else!
Because of the pandemic, our office doors are locked. I heard a bang then someone peeking through the window, so I reluctantly opened the door. Without a chance to react, two young men barged in with water replacements and WITHOUT MASKS. As they huffed and puffed without masks on one said, “yeah... don’t know where this goes” really rudely as I just stood there shocked that a company would send not one but TWO people into a business without masks. I had anxiety for the rest of the day.
Love the water, love the customer service! We were out of town for our regular delivery so we came to building to switch out our jugs when we got back and that process was also a breeze! Everybody we have experienced has been very helpful and friendly!
Easy, honest sales approach and it works. Our water has improved tremendously since getting Culligan installed. My only regret was not leaving the other vendor sooner to make the jump. The delivery of salt is great, our guy is friendly and quick.Overall very happy with the process. From the initial conversations to the service everything has met our expectations.
We have had Culligan RO water for over a year now and love it! Just had a tech come do the annual test and filter replacement and he was awesome. I wish I could recall his name - he was friendly and professional!
I’ve been a Culligan customer for about 10 years now. Culligan services my home, a rental house and my cafe. I have had no real issues with them—they do what they do. I only wish Culligan would have a text notification system to let me know when they are arriving with a salt delivery. If they had that, I’d give them 5 stars.
