The Culligan Water franchises’ are horrible companies. The sales people are not to blame. They are only trying to make a living, but the company as a whole is crooked. There system will cause health issues!!!! My wife and I have tried discussing these issues with the company. The company claims no responsibility and neither does the parent company. Their return policy does not allow the purchaser to test the product out and there is no satisfaction guarantee. If you do not return the product within 3 days of purchase the purchase is final. Who in the right mind can evaluate if a filtration system has positive effects in 3 days? That’s the trick right. Two spectate companies making no one responsible. Clever HUSTLERS they are!!! Now I pay for a unit I do not use. Don’t let them fool you. Get multiple opinions.

Sending a big thanks to the folks @ Culligan, both the Starke and Ocala offices, Don Fitzgerald, Josh, and Kathy! After 20 years of fantastic service our old Culligan system bit the dust. It served us well those 20 years battling the horrible iron water in the Micanopy area. Our team ordered and installed a fantastic new Culligan system in just a few days and our horrible water is absolutely beautiful! Professional and courteous does not say enough! Thank You! They both did a followup call after installing my equipment, this company truly shows that they care about the customer -and not just making a sale. 5 stars to the Starke Culligan branch.

BUYER BEWARE Rich the regional manager was so rude and condescending on the phone. Not sure he would have been that mean if I was a man. Whoa. What a terrible experience for me and my family. I started researching water filters and decided to set up an appointment with Culligan. We had recently moved from the city and had city water before. This was our first time with well water. My son whose has severe eczema improved tremendously with the well water. I still was curious to find out more info about our water, so I made the appointment. The sales man Don Fitzgerald came into our house and began to perform standard water tests, pH, dissolved solids, etc. He then states - whoa you have really low pH, that is dangerous for the little ones. He continues on with his sales pitch and makes statements about the product helping with his sons eczema and helped their families health overall. As a mother trying to find relief for my 2 year old son, I thought it was worth a try, especially since Don made it seems the very low pH water was dangerous for my kids. The filter was installed and my sons skin began to degrade. I reached out to Don and he was not responsive. He later stated a death in the family. I asked for help with the issue and was ignored. When my sons skin became so bad I decided to turn off the filter. And 3/4 later his skin had improved significantly. I had reached out and when I decided within a 30 day window to return, the regional manager decided he would not return and that he could not help me. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. This filter makes it so much worse.

Culligan rep Michael just makes me mad he is very rude, dont know what hes talking about, only assumes, he talks bad of other companies, he got mad i had him remove their equipment in the past. Overall i do not recommend! I switched to clean & clear water company they are absolutely amazing!

I am so happy with my experience at Culligan of Starke, FL. Juanita made the process so easy by getting everything setup for our initial appointment with Michael & then our install. I would not want to deal with any other office staff except for her. She has since after the installation contacted me to make sure everything was working perfectly with our new equipment. Such great customer service! Also, Michael was exceptional! Upon our first appointment to the last one I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was professional and efficient. They deserve high praise! Thanks for the great service!

Everything about this experience went smoothly! Juanita was so sweet & friendly, explaining everything in detail, & answering all my questions! Michael was so thorough in explaining all of our options, why they were needed, and how they would work! They were both professional & courteous. I would definitely recommend them based on my personal experience!!
