There team is kind, professional, and always there as soon as needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new softener or to those who need there Existing softeners serviced.

Personable and professional....what more could you ask for in a company? I used to park cars in their parking lot during Peachfest to fundraise for our basketball team in high school and now get to return 10 years later as a customer. Couldn't be happier with their service and I genuinely love supporting a local business as amazing as this!!!
We were having trouble with our old water softener so I called Culligan and they were quick to get a rep out to the house to take a look. Tom arrived within the window of time he gave me, was super courteous, walked me through our options of fixing or replacing the unit. Once we decided we would replace it, they were able to accommodate us the next business day (I called Friday and they got us an appt for Monday!) Brad came for the install and was again very courteous to my husband, knowledgeable, and got the job done! We were SO pleased with our experience and the customer service! A to this team of workers who went above and beyond to answer our questions, and help us get what we needed! I highly recommend them!!
We lived with Romeo municipal water for 4 years before finally having the water softener installed. It was well worth it, the difference is very noticeable in the shower, laundry, sink, and especially the dishwasher. We couldn't use the dishwasher before due to cloudy buildup, the water softener solved that. Soap works better, no residue on the sinks or dishes. Installation was fast and done well. I wouldn't go back, the quality of the water is much better.
