Thought I needed a new softner so I called Culligan-Marlette for an estimate. Instead of trying high pressure selling techniques, Dan asked if he could take a look at my old unit. Within 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosised and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Glad I got a second opinion. For sure, when I need a new system, they will be my first and only call.

Our well water is very hard on softeners and we were constantly repairing or replacing them. Culligan is the only softener that has worked reliably for us, and on the rare occasions we had problems, they were quickly dealt with by their service department.
