Avoid Culligan water systems in Scottsbluff or Kearney! Such a total rip off! I had to move out of state and am not able to continue my \contract\ with Culligan so they are charging me a year's worth of rental for the system after removing it from our house we sold. On top of that, they will charge a finance fee if I don't pay the full amount of over 800 to them as soon as it is removed. I am not allowed to continue to make my monthly rental payment over the course of the year. They want the full amount as soon as they remove the equipment. So....they get to install this equipment in someone else's home and charge them while also pocketing the money I am paying for the full year rental. I should, at the very least, be able to continue my monthly payments for the year of the contract without added interest fees. They stated I signed a contract, and I understand that. But most places will just charge an early termination fee, not the entire amount of the rental time. I rarely, if ever, have complained about a business in a public format but this is beyond ridiculous. I want to warn others of their policy as well as their unwillingness to work with their customers.

We just had the water conditioning system installed in our older home after downsizing. We have always had Culligan and missed it when it was not here. Scott came and installed a complete new unit and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in the process. Now we have soft water again :)
