Great customer service and they solved my chlorine and drinking water issues. The city I live in has heavily chlorinated water. Now I have mountain fresh spring water throughout the house and my reverse osmosis unit eliminated the need for bottled water and it tastes delicious!

Very easy to deal with.
We had a problem with our very old water softener. We called culligan and they were out the next day. The service man did some adjusting to make sure our unit was working properly. He explained that there was newer models on the market but ours seemed to be functional. He brought salt to fill the container and he left us his card. Now we are on the delivery schedule and it’s great to not have to lug those bags of salt.
