Culligan is not only reliable with routine service and maintenance on an ongoing basis, they are responsive and professional in emergencies too. Recently I was able to quickly schedule a Culligan technician to make the necessary adjustments to my water softener so that a new water heater could be installed. When the installation of the water heater resulted in salt for the water softening system to be flushed out through the wall of our garage and into our home, the plumber did not respond, but Culligan did. Clint, I greatly appreciate Culligan going above and beyond by not only checking to make sure everything was right with our water softener, but for insisting on cleaning up the salt and water that entered our home. I did not expect that level of service, and I won't forget it! Thank you!
