Make sure your order is fresh before you leave. I have found that if I order online my order is always fresh where hot and ready pizzas tend to have been sitting in warmers for a while. Their time estimates are never right online but I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Over all good value for the price. I do wish Little Ceasars would cut their slices all the way through.

They are lazy and don’t answer the phones. The app changed my order to a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni so I tried calling in to get it changed. Well they didn’t answer so I decided to just drive down to this location and try calling from my car. There was 3 people just standing around talking and none of which answered the phone or even acknowledged it. Terrible service and the food was nasty. The pizza was burnt.

This location never has pizza ready.. always takes 15 minutes to get a pizza. Highly recommended they reevaluate their management and train better to beat the rushes in the afternoon. I know they don't want to have waste but atleast have hot and ready as advertised. I have never went through the drive through in the last year and received a pizza immediately. I refuse to buy until this issue is resolved. Just being honest as I can. If you want to contact me personally I can provide an email.

Sat night at 6:30pm. I waited 10 min at the drive through window. People kept walking by the window but no one would come to the window to take my order. I tried to call but they wouldn't answer either.
