The gentlemen that run Road Runner Taxi are very friendly and personable. They are reliable, and (considering the areas alternative) reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.
I called and set up a ride days in advance and was given a price based on the location of pick up and drop off. Then the driver went to a different location and we had to meet him there than he followed us to the spot he was suppose to pick us up. We got in the car, nice guy, but the driver started explaining he was the only person in the area. He kept going on about how there was no competition in the area, then doubled the original price. We felt used and up charged for the driver's inability. I would not recommend this company or driver for any special fares, even if they told you it was not a problem.
I called to go two miles from pilot truckstop to Walmart. Quoted price 38 dollars round trip. One way 18 dollars. That's prices gouging and completely unorthodox. Will never use them.
To expensive and owner/driver not friendly at all.
