First off, Laurie the sweet lady I spoke with to set everything up with my Quarles visit was outstanding. Explained everything, answered my questions and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. They don't make them like her anymore. As far as the service Quarles provides, I cannot speak for yet( I'm a new customer) other than my parents using there services for years without any issue and always being treated great. All I know is, if they run the business half as good as Laurie was when I spoke with her, I shouldn't have any issues with the services they provide. My message to Quarles, take notes at how Laurie does her thing. Much to be learned from her and she knocked it out of the park! Employees such as her are hard to come by, treat her right! Thanks Laurie!!!!!

Very knowledgeable and able to give details on the account history. Without being asked she gave me a senior discount. Very pleasant and personable. She gave more than she got.
Just set up a new account so I can’t speak to service once we move in, but I can say the lady on the phone who set up my account was excellent. I’ve never had propane before so I had a lot of questions and she answered every one. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Not open to the public; no signs indicating such. I was inquiring about having my RV tank filled. Pretty damn rude reception. If I had been a customer, I would have cancelled on the spot.
