Great for Kids. George and Jay are good teachers and take the extra care in making sure that all the kids get the attention then need, and that they are up to speed with the other kids. I help teach the kids class and I really think it's great the respect and discipline it helps build in your child.

My daughter has been coming here for years and the instructors are friendly and I love the Aikido philosophy being only defensive and grappling. There should really be no excuse for anyone to be offensively aggressive. One should defend themselves if they are attacked and then run.

I have been training at Doshinokai with Matsuoka Sensei for two years now and cannot be more satisfied! The dojo's schedule allows me to attend any day of the week and receive instruction from many of Matsuoka's top students, some of which have been training with him for over 20 years. The depth of experience at the dojo and welcoming attitude of even the most senior students is unparalleled.
