EXCEPTIONAL customer service accompanied by EXCELLENT food! It was my first time eating at this establishment and I can't rave enough about it! Even though the place was packed with people waiting for their orders and delivery personnel coming in and out with orders, the vibe and energy were AWESOME! The staff was ON POINT! They worked as a team and took care of EVERYONE smoothly. The wait was typical of a busy establishment, and the music selection made the time fly by as I jammed! The chicken was so delicious I bit my finger eating it I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant and will DEFINITELY be back! The prices are comparable to fast food joints but the food is GOURMET baby! if you're reading this and you're hungry you better run and not walk and go get you some chicken! They also make a MEAN shake!

I'm still licking my fingers! This place honestly has the best fried chicken I have yet to taste. And the biscuits - good lord I would make a meal of those all by themselves. For context, I live in North Hollywood and will drive all the way out to Culver City just to enjoy Honey's Kettle.

This is NOT southern soul food. My pancakes were burnt. The fries were plain. The chicken skin was tasty. I had a breast that was tender and moist, but lacked seasoning. The lemonade was very good. Overall I was disappointed. The high note, I'm no longer hungry. P.S. I wanted to try the skillet bread that was listed on the menu. Sadly it is no longer available.

fantastic food and i like the idea and how deep they into it , its more of juicy fresh chicken than a crispy , so you wont experience what you used to eat in other restaurants lemonade is awesome the downside is the parking's and restaurant is not well organized , honey were spread all around , staff service is not what expected

The food was pretty good. The chicken was cooked to perfection and was nice and crunchy. The biscuits were moist & tasty also. Oh and the Lemondade is a perfect combination to the meal. It was sweet and tangy especially when really cold. The only thing is I feel customer service could use some work. I noticed the ones at the counter do not greet you. There is definitely room for improvement there. Though not rude. It was a bit awkward. And it seemed they had downtime to assist others more instead of just standing there looking. I think that would encourage more tips. And a better experience.
