Match Stoneware

I rarely write reviews and wasn’t quite sure how to let Match know I appreciate them, so here is a small gesture for them. Two days before Christmas I received an email from Match asking me to give them a call as soon as possible regarding an order I had placed with them. They had been trying to reach me by phone for a few weeks but I rarely pick up calls from numbers I’m not familiar with. When I called them, I spoke with Robb. He let me know that there was an issue with my order and that they had been trying to reach me for awhile to ask if I wanted something different. I let him know the order was a gift for my brother and that since he was the expert he could choose something similar. Robb assured me that he would select something nice and add in a token for the trouble. My brother FaceTimed me on Christmas to let me know he received his bowls and an extra something. The bowls were the most beautiful pieces of stoneware I had ever seen. They were received undamaged and in time for him to unwrap Christmas Day. I was impressed by the quality, care and professionalism of this business and want to (and will) recommend them to everyone.
