As someone who could not touch her toes in July, I am proud to say that now I can, thanks to numerous yoga classes at this studio the past six weeks. I am always amazed at how difficult Yoga Flow can be, and both teachers I have experienced, give me just enough space to breath through the poses. Being in the studio feels like being a part of the Culver City neighborhood and is not intimidating at all. I've not tried the dance classes, maybe with a bit more flexibility...
