They are responsible for the parking lot at my dentists office. The machine isn't working, their calls go to an answering service. Locked my daughter in the building!!! HORRENDOUS

This company is horrible! I went to the doctor for my normal check up, and was forced to valet park. The valet driver backed my car into a bush and some trees. Left my car there the entire hour I was at my knee appointment. The driver spoke no English, so someone else had to come out and translate. I filed a complaint on paper, also by email. I was told to get a quote, I got a quote for the wing of my car. But not the bumper, The quote for the wing was 98 by itself. I had already submitted the report to the so-called claims department several times. The guy who was on the other end of the phone was extremely rude! Condescending, he belittled me over the phone, and they sent me through the ringer to finally offer me 50 for the damage to my car. The damage is at least 200 worth, aside from that, they offered no rental car while my car was being fixed. And the saddest part about the whole situation is I only owned the car for two months before the situation happened. I have not received anything from them till this day. And this was over a month ago.
