I was VERY pleased with the services Aftermath provided in our time of need. Everyone was very professional and compassionate-from the initial phone call to the end of service. Desiree was my contact via phone-very organized and helpful. Montana & Felicia were my service technicians-I couldn't have asked for nicer technicians. They were very polite, considerate, respectful and timely. The team was very discreet during their visit and arrived in an unmarked van. I am so thankful I chose Aftermath during my tragic time. Aftermath was clear about pricing, what they could do, and how long it would take. Montana and Felicia left the specific areas spotless and removed furniture without disturbing other items. They worked swiftly and discretely in and out of their van, and transformed the space! I was truly amazed at what they were able to do, and was very impressed with the quality of their work. Most importantly, Montana and Felicia were friendly, nice, and compassionate. Really easy company to work with, and they get the job done.
I could not have asked for a better cleaning service. I called to get an estimate on what it would take to get everything cleaned up and they were at my house within the hour. I highly recommend this company for your needs. Rodney and Felicia were beyond helpful with how they handled the situation. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of requiring crisis/crime scene clean up remediation, I 100% recommend using Aftermath Services. From the moment that the clean up crew showed up all the way through to settling the insurance claim Aftermath handled the situation professionally. In this situation, you want to work with someone who you can trust has your best interest in mind, which Aftermath does. The clean up crew was calming, efficient, and knew how to handle the problem. The customer service after the process was very knowledgeable and able to work within the insurance process. I hope I do not require Aftermath in the future, but if I do it is comforting to know that I would choose to hire them immediately.
