Just bought one of the nicest trucks I've ever owned from Dan Hayward there. This was an awesome buying experience and none of the shenanigans you see at other dealerships exist here. Everyone from Service (Susan Jordak and Alex), as well as the sales team and financing were warm and up front about everything. They also really value the military (I'm a retired Vet) and it shows. Thanking the Military at other places is only lip service, not here. Recommend anyone wanting to buy a new or used truck go here first!

Luke was our awesome salesman!! Our first used vehicle choice didn't work out; but Luke worked for us in the background for 3 days and found the perfect used truck for our sons first vehicle. He had all the paperwork together for us when we came back and set us up with a wonderful financial service man. Our experience was so phenomenal at Billy Howell Ford, that we will definitely be returning customers. Everything was explained to us, and all our questions were answered very patiently and thorough by Luke and in finance.
Very nice and professional service department. I appreciated their COVID safe procedures with sanitizing my vehicle. Took 3 hours for recall. Mechanic put grease on my ceiling near door, that I'll need to clean now.
