I'll start by saying statefarm is not the cheapest insurance you can get....at all. BUT im happy to pay the higher cost for the customer service. I can call them anytime of the day and get a HUMAN to answer the phone first time every time. For me that is a big deal. I don't call unless I have a problem and need help. So when im frustrated/confused/or just want to pay my bill getting a person and not having to sit on hold or talk to a machine is great.
