We were here for more than 3 hours. About 5 minutes of that was with a doctor, 10 or 20 minutes with a nurse. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment time. Apparently, appointment times don't mean anything. The doctor was great but patients who are paying for the doctors time shouldn't be dismissed/ ignored as if their time is worthless. The system is so broken if you lose the better part of your day waiting to be seen for a paid \appointment.

They demand that patients pay upfront for services that are 100% covered by insurance and then refuse to pay us back after it was verified insurance paid the full amount. They are crooks!!! Please give us our money back. You have already been reported to the state
