What a fantastic experience. I have not purchased a used car in many years so I had a lot of questions about my investment and Paul was super in answering them ALL! . The Friendly team was awesome with helping me decide on my new to me truck and my financing options. Paul even helped me learn a few tricks about my new truck and how to maneuver it safely. BUYER BEWARE Just a heads up to anyone looking to purchase a car DO NOT buy from Friendly Auto Gallery. My car has been in the shop SEVEN times and we haven’t even put 5000 miles on it. They keep just putting a bandaid on it. Everytime they take it back they return it with something else wrong The turbo, the axle, the sensors, the radio, the solenoids, now THE RADIATOR. 12k DOWN THE DRAIN. They act like they wanna help but don’t even fix it correctly. It’s like pulling teeth with them. Now 500 for a new radiator. It’s literally the same with all dealerships. They are TERRIBLE. What a joke.

I definitely recommend them. I live a hour away, and I wasn’t getting approved at first. However, they worked with me to get an approval, and worked with me on my down payment. I read the reviews before coming here and everyone recommend Lisa so I said I wanted to work with her as well, I must say she is exactly like the reviews. An amazing sales person! Leonard, is also an amazing finance manager, he was patient and understanding when it came to me being frustrated, he still helped me out and got me approved!
