I used to love this Kani House because the food has always been great and the service always good, too. But lately, it just hasn’t been what it used to be. Today, though, I ordered a meal to go. I paid 24 dollars for a hibachi entree, and what I was given looked like a kid’s plate with an extra helping of rice. For 24 dollars, I was given about six small cuts of meat altogether. The entree I paid for was supposed to include chicken, steak and shrimp. They gave two pieces of shrimp, you get for free no matter what entree you order. I’m giving this location two stars because I do like the taste of the food, and the staff is always pleasant. But if you’re charging a premium for hibachi, you should serve a more than what someone can get at a quick order hibachi location. Disappointed with how this Kani House has been the last few times I’ve been here. And now that they’re essentially ripping people off with what they’re serving, I won’t be back.
Great place to eat. The food is always delicious. Tonight we had Kevin as our server and Key as our chef and they were both awesome!! My family loves Kani House!!
The food is always fresh and delicious! Emmi our server was very sweet and helpful, we love eating here often. Most of the time is very quiet and relaxing to have lunch. Keep up the great work
