What a positive experience! Temp check, covid protocol perfect Scan in , called in few minutes. My son has autism and was nervous, they were pleasant and so kind. Talked him through it and were gentle. Melissa and Tammy were professional and quick and calm! Just what he needed, this will make any future blood draws go smoothly. Can’t thank you enough for this experience that will leave him a positive impression!

This is my personal experience! I went into to this facility as walk-in. I tried an online appointment but everything was booked. When i reached, the front desk lady did told me that it can take anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes, as first preference is for appointments ( this made sense, and i was perfectly fine with this). Easy check in process, everyone is required to SELF CHECKIN on a tablet, they even have gloves to wear while you touch a tablet, and off course hand sanitizer! I think my turn came in less than 10 minutes and i just simply followed their directions and instructions :) Very professional staff right from check in at front desk and back office technicians and experts. During time of pandemic they are providing utmost care and even seating in the waiting area is organized as per CDC guidelines.

Both the front desk and nurse who drew blood were very nice and personable. Check in was easy and only waited 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

This facility was spot on with professionalism! They took Covid precautions with supplying gloves and sanitizer during check-in and leaving the facility. They were extremely pleasant and efficient! You could tell that they enjoy their job! I came before my scheduled appointment and I hardly waited before they called me back. Amazing job ladies!

I had a wonderful experience at this lab. The staff was efficient and friendly. I recommend making an appointment because they already had my lab orders ready to go when I arrived. If you can, try to go mid-morning or mid- afternoon to avoid a wait. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. I have small veins and the tech was very gentle. I highly recommend!
