I called my Father in-law for septic recommendations. He gave me 2. Neither picked up the phone when I called. Thank you Rooter Plus for not only answering the phone , but also working us in today. Joe Brown and his helper (sorry cannot remember his name) were the absolute BEST !!!!! Joe explained every detail so I understood everything . These gentlemen were so professional and awesome you should be glad they are on the Rooter Plus team. Thank you Joe for getting the household back in “business “ !!! Amy

Matt and his partners provided me with a very perfect pipeline maintenance plan, which saved the cost of new pipeline laying and solved the small leakage problem under the ground. Besides, the high working efficiency is highly appreciated by me. I will recommend it to my friends。
I am a employee at Overture Buckhead South and Robert Williams can out from Rooter Plus to inspect our sewer drain and toilet. He was punctual and did a superb job. He also provided a detailed report for us too! I hope if we need this service again that he will be sent out :)
Good service. A little pricey for something not very intensive. Had a cracked service water line outside but all that was needed was a hole dug (not deep at all), a clamp, and that's it but it cost over 900 bucks when it seems a range of 450-650 was acceptable. Took less than a total hour. So with labor, materials, overhead, and profit the total profit percentage per hour seemed excessive but oh well. It got done. Nice service guy though who was informative.
Robert Williams was extremely professional, friendly, thorough, and was able to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and offered several solutions to fix. Walked me through the options and pricing for each. He was very patient with me and all my questions. He even helped remove a stain that I could not get to. He was even very friendly with my two dogs. Would recommend Mr. Williams to anyone.
