Went in before they closed to ask for help. Plenty of time to help and they didn't ask what my request involved. Had they asked, they would have known I needed five minutes tops. They refused to assist me because they wanted to close early. I don't live here and there aren't any stores near my home so I left getting no help from a lazy clerk and I have no other options. Well done.

Walked in for a simple ‘Charge Port Not Detecting’ issue which any other Simply Mac store would consider without an appointment. There were 4 associates free and yet they couldn’t look at my machine and instead said that I would need appointment. Went to the one in Peachtree Corners and Ryan over there took care of it. It’s the attitude that matters.

Made an appointment here to get my phone looked at thats under warranty. There were no available appointments at the apple store, so I made my appointment here. I came in and the only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the gentleman that helped me. He was extremely nice and helpful. All I needed was to have my speaker cleaned out. Once the gentleman cleaned it out, I was charge 30. This is absolutely ridiculous. No where on the apple website did it say I would potentially have to pay. Being an apple retailer, I would assume it would be free like it always has been. Extremely disappointed and will never be coming back to Simply Mac.

Friendly staff but service was less than I expected. I didn't receive a call when the work on my computer was done. I had to call for updates. When I picked up my computer, the battery seemed dead and the computer only worked when plugged in. The tech looked at it but didn't realize there was a problem. I took the computer home and realized it was acting like there was no battery in it. I drove another hour back to the store and they worked on it again. After another hour they gave it to me fixed and said there was a loose connection (no battery is my best guess). If they had run a diagnostic on it like they told me, how did this problem not get revealed? Humans make mistakes, but I was not impressed w this experience. Good news is, my computer works again... So 3 stars for that.

I brought my Mac in for service here, and both the pick-up and drop-off were smooth and easy during the pandemic. Additionally, I noticed the employees went above and beyond to assist customers with technical questions both times I was there. It's rare to find electronics/computer stores where questions are answered thoroughly and to the satisfaction of the customer. That is what I observed here.
