Interesting experience with them because the product I purchased turned out to be the wrong one. They were very helpful and understanding about how the mishap occurred. All transactions don’t go perfectly but how you handle the bad ones is where you make impressions and they were great. Highly recommend this company and their staff.

I would give them negative stars if I could, so much disappointing end to end from quality of the product to the terrible experience I have had with this company. 1. Ordered 1 load - screened top soil (9 cu yards), 1 load landscape mix (10 cu yard). Paid higher prices for screened top soil and landscape mix to include compost, cow manure and top soil. However the both loads came with so much stones and after one rain, both landscape mix and top soil turned to pure clay soil with so much stones/gravels not fit for raised bed garden I bought them for. terrible quality for such a high price. 2. terrible experience. they said they will deliver in the backyard if no rain that day. Promptly called me to reschedule due to rainy day, fine. However on the rescheduled day the guy showed up on my door and said its raining, can't drop in the back yard. Even though what's most disappointing was the driver left the place while i was calling his company to discuss the same about why they showed up on a rainy day w/o rescheduling and after back and forth the driver came back and said I need to hand him the complete check total (640) for both loads before he can drop the first load soil. I mentioned I am searching for checkbook he can go ahead and drop meanwhile, but he refused and was extremely rude. I have had dirt loads delivered several times in the past, never had this worst unprofessional and rude behavior from anyone in my lifetime. Bad quality and bad service, high price, I highly would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been extremely impressed with the customer service at Southern Landscape Supply. Prior to contacting Southern Landscape Supply, I contacted several other suppliers, all of which were less than eager to answer questions over the phone (expected me to be a contractor and know everything already) and seemed uninterested in my business. Southern Landscape Supply answered all of my questions with detail over the phone, had competitive pricing, timely delivery, and were just nice people to do business with overall. We even went to their site to determine the rock we wanted and they were friendly and eager to provide friendly service in person. I will be using them for all landscaping supplies going forward.

Product arrived promptly (same day) and provided quality mulch and pebbles at fair market pricing. Delivery drivers and on-site staff are friendly and helpful. I am glad we found a long-term solution as we need a lot of material each year!
