My wife wanted to get our mower repaired as a gift for my birthday. She contacted this company and used them because of their positive Google reviews. They came and picked up the mower, which was a convenient part of their service. We were hoping the have the mower inspected and given an estimate for repairs. We received that estimate (390.00) promptly and approved to begin repairs. Three weeks later (there was an issue with receiving a part) our mower was returned to us, still not operating properly. During that three weeks, they found another issue that was going to cost an additional 158.00. When delivered, the mower did not operate correctly from a deck position perspective, in which the technician stated, \that's because you have a flat tire\. In the second pick up, he stated they would address the issue with the tire. Today, the mower is been delivered once again, now with an additional 100.00 charge to make adjustments that should have been made and communicated at the time of inspection. The irony of all this???? The tire was still flat, that was perfectly fine when the mower was originally picked up. Beware of this company that provides an estimate, then decides it needs more work (additional charge, which was not repaired) and THEN has to charge a third increase in price, and not do what they say they would complete. This entire process took one month to complete. Update 9/15 - I appreciate the owners response to how hard they worked on our mower. The response did not address my two major concerns. One, being upcharged not once but twice, and my biggest issue is now I have a mower that cannot be used until I repair the flat tire, that wasn't flat at the start of all of this. The flat tire was communicated to the gentleman that picked up the mower, since I discussed with him I felt the deck was not at the correct height.

Would like to give Michael a special thanks for helping diagnose and fix my issue free of charge in a timely manner. Dropped in earlier today to inquire on an issue with my reel mower- level adjuster was out as a result of not having correct nut/bolt/washer combo. He told me where I could get it as I needed my mower back so off I went to grab the parts and he installed free of charge. Great service goes a long way to customer retention. Will continue to give them my business.

Brought my GX690 is not knowing why it wasn't running right. Micheal took one look and knew what was wrong. Knowing I was under a time crunch they got it back to me within 24 hours (including an oil change) and under budget, now she's running like a dream. You guys saved my day!
