This center is our family’s one-stop shop for all arm/hand injuries. Dr. Ratner is phenomenal. He knows his stuff; asks good questions; does multiple different tests to diagnose; doesn’t depend immediately on surgery as first tier treatment. The office works with self-pay patients, offering an upfront discount to help with out-of-pocket expenses. The wait was short. Everyone was very friendly. They have lots of supplies and treatments on site, so nothing had to be booked out elsewhere. Dr. Gillespie is really great too!
