My wife called their office to check their schedule and see when we could come by for a consultation. They had agreed on a Friday at 10 am. I took half a day off work for this meeting. When the day came we had a little difficult time finding the office, so we called for directions. When we did, they informed us that they didn't have us on the schedule. We verified the number and address and it is correct (so I know that my wife had called the correct location). She even checked her call log on her phone for the number. It all checked out. Later Douglas called us directly to correct this over sight and apologize, he even made time on the weekend for our consultation.

I spoke with someone on Monday, February 3rd at 3:12 P.M. I requested a bankruptcy consultation for my husband and I. The lady that I spoke with scheduled the consultation on Friday, February 7th at 10:00 A.M.
