I purchased firewood from Trees of Georgia. Pros: They provided a great quantity of wood in excess of what I paid for. They arrived within a day or two and stacked it quickly and nicely with good, personable customer service. Cons: This is not well-seasoned wood as described. It is very heavy and I have to get other, truly well-seasoned wood which I happen to have on hand, burning first to get the Trees of GA not-so-well-seasoned wood to catch and it won't stay lit due to the high water content. I have also seen a number of insects in the wood pile, which is not outside so the bugs came with the wood. Finally, some of the wood is moldy and rotting. The wood was over-priced given the poor quality. To respond, what is a shame is when a customer pays for a product which is delivered as inferior to what was advertised and must invest additional time and energy to get the promised value. I stand behind my review entirely.

Roy and his crew came in and did an excellent job on a real big mess. They were on time and the crew was very professional. They not only did the work that I needed, but also did extra work, and offered suggestions to make the area look better than ever. They also made sure that they left the area clean and looking great. I normally don't go and give reviews on services, but Roy deserves the highest praises available. If you need tree service, they are the way to go!

hit my fireplace with a tree branch and claimed it never happened! When they make an error they turn defensive and don't own up!
