I figured out the scam this store runs. They are contractors that get commissions. So any time you change anything on your account, they cancel your service and create a new order resulting in them getting a commission for a ew sale\. This completely resets your account and you lose all previous history as well as any credits you have, autopay, plans, ect. Then if you have your own internet modem they will give you a wireless tv box knowing that it will cause issues resulting in them selling you another modem. This starts the process over resulting in another ew sale\ and thus, another commission. They are scam artists and this is criminal.

Transferring service has been an absolute nightmare. I scheduled my transfer and my closing on my home was unexpectedly delayed. I called back and had everything rescheduled and was assured that there would be no issues. I got an email a day or two before my original close date that said they were disconnecting service based on the original appointment. I called and spent two hours across multiple transfers on the phone and was again assured it wouldn't be disconnected. Sure enough I woke up to no cable or internet. I called again to reconnect services because I had about a week left until the actual closing on my home. My wife and I both work from home and need our internet at minimum. They told me they would have to cancel the transfer of services and therefore had to change my package to restart services at the old address and then transfer that to the new address, which we agreed to. Now we've moved into the new house and they basically transferred my old services over at a much higher monthly cost. So we called yet again and now they're trying to charge me 12 dollars more for the same packaged we signed a 2 year agreement for last week.
