Went for interview. Everything went well was told my resume was impeccable. Was told to wait for my offer letter from their HR department then was emailed a week later being told they went with someone else

Horrible customer service and warranty service. Would rather work harder to exclude warranty items then solve a customer problem. The only solutions anyone would offer were excuses and poor attempts to pass the buck. Just another example of a fine American company sliding down the hill of zero accountability for their products and services just to chase the almighty dollar.

I have a 2002 Country Coach Motorhome and have been using Cummings shops across the country for annual service and to fix problems when they show up. They have always been great with their service, if they can't find or get the part they find a way to get one made and the problem is fixed. The Roanoke shop was an excellent example of what I've come to expect when I pull up in front and turn my coach over to them for service.
